Students from IES Eusebio da Guarda (A Coruña) who completed their practical training in our laboratory within the STEMbach program (Bachelor of Excellence in Science and Technology), defended, on February 1st their work «In vitro study of the cytotoxicity and genotoxicity of gold nanospheres on glial cells” at the Interdisciplinary Center for Chemistry and Biology – CICA.
Before them, their colleagues from the same high school completed their STEMBach training in our group with equal success, which led to their being selected to attend the XXXIII Young Researchers Contest 2021. There, their performance was so good that their work was awarded at the congress.
